Price
At Crosby Blinds there are no hidden extras.
All our prices include VAT and Free delivery
For orders under £100.00 a £6.95 delivery charge is made (this is 50% of the true cost)
Each blind comes compete with installation brackets, fixings and full fitting instructions are online if not included. You pay the price stated at time of ordering and no more.

Yes, If you order with us online or even by the telephone, you will make massive savings on RRP's.

Sizes
All Sizes are displayed width x drop (in that order)
Do I need to make the allowances for my blind to fit?
No- if you order 'recess' we will make all the necessary allowance deductions.
If you order 'exact' no allowances are made. Your Blind will measure what you ordered.
All blinds are made as precise as possible but a operating tolerance of +/-3mm applies
Roller Blinds over a certain size may have joins contact us for advise.

Images shown are a guide and preciseness of colour cannot be guaranteed as this depends on the screen settings of your computer. Free of charge samples are available and recommended.

All Luxaflex, Faber, and Sunway fabric codes used, are the same as found in the high street collection books.

Wood Blinds
Wood samples and stock change from batch to batch.
Wood is a natural product and varies in its grain and colour, there may also be some warping this is not a fault but a characteristic and beauty of wood. At no time is this grounds for return.


Payment
What payment methods can I use to place my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, at time of order.
Is it safe to give my payment details on the web?
Yes. We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe.
If I don't want to pay online what do I do?
Simply telephone us on 0845 8331 253 and we will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card, or you can post a cheque to us.
A full confirmation email we be sent before manufacture.

Delivery
Our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. This has many advantages for you when you choose your product:
• Products are delivered by the manufacturer’s recommended agents
• There is less product movement reducing cost and potential damage
• Product availability and range is greater in the manufacturers warehouse
• We pass on the savings in distribution and warehousing costs
• All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery.
• You must sign for all delivery’s as unchecked.
• We will deliver to any address within mainland UK. Channel Islands & Isle of Man at a extra cost
With all bespoke orders the delivery dates are estimates only, dates change daily and can go up or down, this is due to the unknow volume of orders we receive each day. We work hard to achieve the quoted times which in 90% of the time we do.

After Delivery
What do I do if I have a problem with my new blinds?
All our window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch, but in
the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind has a
fault please e-mail us at sales@crosbyblinds.co.uk or call us on 0845 8331
253. We will promptly deal with your query without delay.

Cancellation & Returns
As with all bespoke goods you may only cancel your order within 12 hours of
order, and you will receive a refund.
A charge equal to 3% of the total order value will be made to cover credit/debit card charges and administration

Every blind is custom made to your precise requirements, once made, our
products are suitable only to you, and therefore cannot be resold. Because
of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that
you want and also the size you require.
