By Telephone,  Monday - Thursday 9.30am to 5pm. Wednesday 9-30 – 12.00 pm.  Saturday 9.30 –11.30am

At Crosby Blinds there are no hidden extras.
All our prices include VAT and Free delivery
For orders under £50.00 a £5 delivery charge is made.
Each blind comes compete with installation brackets, fixings and full fitting instructions. You pay the price stated at time of ordering and no more.

Is it cheaper to order over the Internet?
No, the price and service are the same. You simply need to choose the method that suits you best.

Can I get a sample?
Yes we will provide up to 5 free of charge samples.

Sizes - Do I need to make the allowances for my blind to fit?
No- if you order 'recess' we will make all the necessary allowance deductions.
If you order 'exact' no allowances are made. Your Blind will measure what you ordered.
All blinds are made as precise as possible but a operating tolerance of +/-3mm applies

Wood Blinds
Wood samples and stock change from batch to batch.
Wood is a natural product and varies in its grain and colour, this is not a fault but a characteristic and beauty of wood. At no time is this grounds for return.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Is it safe to give my payment details on the web?
Yes. We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe.

If I don't want to pay online what do I do?
Simply telephone us on 0845 8331 253 and we will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card, or you can post a cheque to us. (orders will not be released for manufacture untill cheques have cleared)

Delivery

How will my blinds be delivered?
Your goods will be delivered direct to you by a carrier service. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery. If we try to deliver you new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.
You must sign for all deliverys as unchecked.

Where can you deliver?
We will deliver to any address within mainland UK.

After Delivery

What do I do if I have a problem with my new blinds?
All our window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind has a fault please e-mail us at sales@crosbyblinds.co.uk or call us on 0845 8331 253. We will promptly deal with your query without delay.

Cancellation & Returns

As with all bespoke goods you may only cancel your order within 12 hours of order date, and you will receive a full refund.

Every blind is custom made to your precise requirements, once made, our products are suitable only to you, and therefore cannot be resold. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double check all measurements.

What do you do if my goods are damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you need to return a blind we will issue you a returns number. No blinds will be accepted for return without this number. Goods to be returned must be suitably packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit, so we strongly suggest that you keep all packaging until you are happy with your blind.
Your blind after collection will then be inspected then either a repair or replacment will be actioned. The Seller only can decide if a blind should be repaired or replaced. 

What do you do with my personal information?
We respect your privacy. Accordingly we do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party.
