Ordering
Ordering online is the quickest and most secure way, the website encrypt's your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure your details are completely safe. No payment details are stored and the order is automatically sent direct to the factory. You can order online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

 

If I don't want to pay online what do I do?
Simply telephone us on 0800 634 7406 and we will be happy to process your order over the telephone. 

A full order confirmation we be sent to you by email before manufacture for you to confirm.


When are you open?

Monday to Thursday 9.30 - 5.00pm

Friday 9.30 - 4.30pm

Most Saturdays 9.30 - 11.30am 

Other times by appointment 


Why don't you answer my e-mail or phone call immediately?

We try, and most of the time we do.. but as well answering the many hundreds of phone calls and emails each day, we also service the retail showroom, send samples and offer our local customers (L23) a complete measure and fit service.

 

Can I get a sample?
Samples are just £1 each, you will also receive a £5 promotional discount code* The code can to be used when ordering your blind.

At Crosby Blinds there are no hidden extras.
All our prices include VAT and Free delivery*
Delivery is Free on orders of £200+ For orders under £200.00 a £9.95 delivery charge is made (this is 50% of the true cost)
Each blind comes complete with installation brackets, fixings and full fitting instructions are online if not included.
You pay the price stated at time of ordering and no more.

Is it cheaper to order from us over the Internet?
Yes. If you order online or even over the telephone with us you will make massive savings on highstreet RRP's.


Sizes

All Sizes are displayed and worked to width x drop (in that order)


Do I need to make the allowances for my blind to fit?

No- if you order 'recess' we will make all the necessary allowance deductions in size of 5-10mm (dependant on product and manufacturer) so the blind hangs freely in the 'recess'.  If you order 'exact' no allowances are made and your Blind will measure what you ordered.
All blinds are made as precise as possible but an manufacturing tolerance of +/-3mm applies.

Product Specification.

Contact us for confirmation as the product specification on all blinds can change without notice.
Roller Blinds over a certain size may have joins, contact us for advice or confirmation either way.
Wood Blinds
Wood samples and stock change from batch to batch.
Wood is a natural product and as such varies in its grain and colour.  
There may also be some warping this is not a fault but a characteristic and part of the natural beauty of real wood.
Image Scans.  Images shown are a guide and preciseness of colour cannot be guaranteed as this depends on the screen settings of your computer. The image scan is of a low quality and does not always show or the transparency or texture. So please order a sample to check.


Delivery

Our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. This has many advantages for you when you choose your product:
• Products are delivered by the manufacturer’s recommended agents
• There is less product movement reducing cost and potential damage
• Product availability and range is greater in the manufacturers warehouse
• We pass on the savings in distribution and warehousing costs
• All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery.
• We will deliver to any address within mainland UK free of charge*   Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands & Isle of Man incur additional carriage charges.
As with all bespoke orders the delivery dates are estimates only, dates change daily and can go up or down, this is due to the unknown volume of orders we receive each day. We work hard to achieve the quoted times which in 90% of the time we do.


After Delivery

What do I do if I have a problem with my new blinds?
All our window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch, so this is very unlikely but in
the event please e-mail us at sales@crosbyblinds.co.uk. we will promptly deal with your query without delay. We may request a photo of any damage or collect the blind to verify this.**Please keep hold of your packaging until you are happy with your blind, packaging can not be sent out for any returns


Cancellation & Returns

As with all bespoke goods you may only cancel your order within few hours of order, and you will receive a refund. 
Every blind is custom made to your precise requirements, once made, our products are suitable only to you, and therefore cannot be resold. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want, the size you require and the correct colour.
**Please keep hold of your packaging until you are happy with your blind, packaging can not be sent out for any returns.
