If your order is older than 7 WORKING days, you can now request a update of when your delivery date might be by submitting the following order tracking request form .

As with all bespoke goods ordered, delivery dates quoted are a guide only.

If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local delivery depot. You can then contact the depot to arrange a free re-delivery at a convenient time or call and collect the blinds yourself.

We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour should you so wish.

A vital part of our business is ensuring that your blinds are delivered quickly and efficiently; we don't partner with the cheapest delivery companies, we partner with the best.
