If your order is older than 7 WORKING days, you can request a update of when your delivery date might be by submitting the following order tracking request form .
As with all bespoke goods ordered, delivery dates quoted are a guide only
If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local delivery depot. You can then contact the depot to arrange a free re-delivery at a convenient time or call and collect the blinds yourself.
We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour should you so wish.Our work doesn't end once we have received your order, in some ways it has only just begun. A vital part of our business is ensuring that your blinds are delivered quickly and efficiently; we don't partner with the cheapest delivery companies, we partner with the best.
We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, with charges based on the weight of the order. Please call our customer services for a quotation.
