As with all bespoke orders,  delivery dates are estimates only, as perfection and quality control must always come first.
Upon delivery, all parcels must be signed for, whether damaged or unchecked, unless you unbox and inspect them while the carrier is present.
Any items received in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Express delivery blinds ordered before 10.30 am are shipped the same day*
*Express delivery wooden blinds  are shipped the following day and delivered the day after, s o delivery will be made to you within 3-4 days.
