Pricing & Payment
Ordering online is the quickest and most secure way, the website encrypts your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure your details are completely safe. No payment details are stored and the order is automatically sent direct to the factory. You can order online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If I don't want to pay online what do I do?
Simply call us on 0151 924 9494 and we will be happy to process your order over the telephone.
A full order confirmation we be sent to you by email. All we ask is that you check this and contact us immediately if there is anything you are unsure of as production will commence quickly and then amendments cannot be made. It is also your receipt.
At Crosby Blinds there are no hidden extras.
All our prices include VAT.

Is it cheaper to order from us over the internet?
Yes. Whether you place the order on the website or by telephone with us you will make massive savings on the high street RRP's.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £200.00 to UK Mainland. For orders under £200.00 a £9.95 delivery charge is made (this is 50% of the true cost).

Our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. This has many advantages for you when you choose your product:
- Products are delivered by the manufacturer's recommended agents
- There is less product movement reducing cost and potential damage
- Product availability and range is greater in the manufacturers warehouse
- We pass on the savings in distribution and warehousing costs
- All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery.
As with all bespoke orders the delivery dates are estimates only, dates change daily and can go up or down, this is due to the unknown volume of orders we receive each day. We work hard to achieve the quoted times which in 95% of the time we do.
All parcels must be signed either damaged or unchecked unless they are unboxed and checked with the carrier.
No claims for damaged will be considered if signed for as received in good condition. Any items received damaged must signed for as damaged, and reported to us within 48 hours after delivery. No claims for damaged will be considered after this time.
Cancellation & Returns
As with all bespoke goods you may only cancel your order within few hours of order, and if production has not already commenced you will receive a full refund. On next day orders production starts almost immediately.
Every blind is custom made to your precise requirements, once made, our products are suitable only to you, and therefore cannot be resold. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want, the size you require and the correct colour.
What do I do if I have a problem with my new blinds?
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, please contact us preferably by email, including if possible some photos showing the problem. We will always be fair, honest and transparent, we will address any issue professionally, quickly and without delay, and work will to find a solution for you.
Please keep hold of your packaging until you are happy with your blind, packaging can not be sent out for any returns.
Can I request a sample?
Samples are just £1 each, you will also receive a £5 promotional discount code*. The code can then be used when ordering your blind.

Measurement & Fitting
All Sizes are displayed and assumed to be width x drop (in that order).
Roller Blinds over a certain size may have a join. Contact us if you want this confirming for your order. Blinds supplied with a join are not faulty and are made to specification. All instructions can be viewed on the product page of the particular blind you have ordered.
Do I need to make the allowances for my blind to fit?
No - if you order 'recess' we will make all the necessary allowance deductions in size of 3-12mm (this allowance is dependant on a product and manufacturer specification) so the blind hangs freely in the 'recess'.
If you order 'exact' no allowances are made and your Blind will measure what you ordered. Some blind system such as INTU, Perfect Fit and NeatFit for example, are measured differently but you will find measuring instructions for those products on their product pages.
All blinds are made as precise as possible but a manufacturing tolerance of +/-3mm applies.
